Frisbee Back hand throw movement and follow through phase




Movement and Follow through 

Shoulder Girdle

Bilateral -  Abduction Eccentrically

pectoralis minor, serratus anterior 

Into 

Adduction concentrically

Trapezius middle fibers, trapezius lower fibers, rhomboids


Shoulder Joint- 

Bilateral -  horizontal adduction- eccentrically

Pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, coracobrachialis

Into

right shoulder

External rotation- eccentrically

infraspinatus, teres minor

neutral- shoulder ends at 90 degrees pointing towards target

Left shoulder-

Extension eccentrically

Pectoralis major lower fibers, sub scapularis, lattimus dorsi, teres major, infraspinatus, teres minor,


Elbow 

Bilateral flexion  concentrically

Bicep Brachii, Brachialis, Brachioradialus

Into 

Bilateral Extension - eccentrically

Triceps Brachii, anconeus 

Radioulnar Joint- 

Bilaterally  Neutral Isometrically

Into 
 
 Right- Supinated concentrically

   - Supinator

Left- Pronated concentrically

    -Pronator quadratus, pronator teres


Wrist 

Right- Flexion concentrically

     -Palmaris longus, Flexor Carpi Radialis, Flexor Carpi Ulnaris, flexor digitorum superficialis, flexor digitorum profundus, Flexor pollicis longus

Left-Ulnar deviation eccentrically

Flexor Carpi ulnaris


Into

Right- Extension concentrically

    - extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor carpi radialis brevis, extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor digitorum, extensor indicis, extensor pollicis longus


Left- Neutral Isometrically



Hand

Right- Flexion of fingers and thumb with opposition concentrically

    - Flexor digitorum superficalis, flexor digitorum profundus, flexor pollicis longus

Left-  Abduction of metacarpophalangeal joints and thumb in reposition, Extension  of fingers

       - Extensor digitorum, extensor indicis, extensor digiti minimi, extensor pollicis longus

Into

Right-  Abduction of metacarpophalangeal joints and thumb in reposition, Extension  of fingers eccentrically


       - Extensor digitorum, extensor indicis, extensor digiti minimi, extensor pollicis longus


        
Left- Abduction of metacarpophalangeal joints and thumb in reposition, Extension  of fingers eccentrically


       - Extensor digitorum, extensor indicis, extensor digiti minimi, extensor pollicis longus
